SO DANCA RETURNS POLICY

So Danca hopes you will fall in love with your new products as much as our team enjoyed making them for you. Nevertheless, things don’t always go to plan. Should this happen here is our promise to you.

14 day returns. It's as easy as that.

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Simply log in to My Account, select the item(s) you would like to return and fill out the information required and post it back to us.

INSTORE RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want an item(s) you have purchased from So Danca, please return it to us instore within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s). It is important that the item(s):

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Have proof of purchase
  • Packaged items must be in their original packaging
  • Clothing must have manufacturers tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed
  • Shoes must be in original condition and not marked on soles
  • No returns on tights, socks and undergarments (unless deemed faulty)

Exchange due to wrong size and or incorrect colour chosen: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please phone 02-4915 7300 within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a replacement.

No change of mind refund is permitted. If the item(s) are deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, item(s) will be replaced, however if out of stock, an alternative choice or a refund may be offered to the customer.  Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and faulty returns clearly identifying that the item(s) were purchased from So Danca’s retail store in Warners Bay, NSW, Australia.

ONLINE RETURNS

For Online returns, exchanges and refunds please download a copy of our Returns/Exchanges form HERE and send your item(s) to:

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. So Danca will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS 

We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty.  Please allow 7 working days for faulty claims to be received and review at the returns address. If deemed faulty, a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided or exchanged as per customer wish. In addition, the reasonable cost of returning postage for the faulty item(s) will be refunded.

So Danca reserves the right to assess and repair minor damage.  If damaged items need replacing we will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable, in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged return freight for online orders.

Returning Free Shipping items for exchange or credit

Shipping costs will be assessed and charged on items not deemed faulty that have been returned for refund. You will be credited for goods minus the shipping costs that we would have been charged by Australia Post.  This policy doesn’t apply for the return of faulty items. 

FINAL SALE – ONLINE RETURNS

Sale items purchased from So Danca are considered Final Sale, and therefore cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit or gift card, either in store or online. If these items are sent back as a return request, they will be sent back to you. Please choose your sale items carefully and enjoy them. Thank you!

It is also important to note that if you purchase goods that were clearly identified as defective or marked in any way and the reason the goods were defective or marked in any way was drawn to your attention at time of purchase with a written notice displayed with the goods, the respective defect or mark will be discounted, sale will be final and no returns or exchanges allowed on those items.

AFTERPAY & STRIPE

Afterpay & Stripe are payment methods available at www.sodanca.com.au and in our retail store. Afterpay & Stripe set the terms, conditions and spend limit of this payment method should you choose to use it. Our in store and online policies apply to these purchases. If you return your item(s) purchased online with Afterpay and are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no extra charge. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. If you have further questions please contact Afterpay’s Customer Service representatives on 1300 100 729. EXTERNAL STOCKISTS

So Danca products purchased through external stockists whether in store or online, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
